Frameworks are visual representations of a system and an excellent tactic to make sense of data. They support you in visualizing your findings and understand key relationships.

Having deduced the learnings from the empathy work, it might feel like you have gathered tons of information but have no way to organize it. By creating frameworks, you can synthesize learnings and bring clarity to what is often highly complex. Depending on your available information, you will have to choose and try different frameworks such as Persona, Customer Journey, Floor Plan, Venn Diagram, Two by Two, and Geographic Map to best visualize your opportunity space.
