When thinking of launching a new product or service, it is essential to define your ideal target audience and, at the same time, identify and understand the core customer need that your new solution is looking to fulfill or satisfy. The Value Proposition helps you address such concerns by identifying the core elements that distinguish your solution from the existing one(s).
These elements are analyzed from the target user’s perspective and are based on identifying and comparing the strengths and weaknesses of both solutions. By filling each quadrant of the matrix, you detect for whom, why, and how your solution delivers value.
